Returns and Exchanges
Products delivered from the USA may be returned within 30 days from the date that you received the item.
The item MUST be unused. If not in it's original condition, we will not accept the return.
Email us at email@example.com to receive information as to how to return your product.
We highly suggest your returns be sent back by a traceable carrier and insured. If the item is lost or undelivered then we are not responsible.
All return costs must be paid by the customer.
When we receive the item in its original condition (within 30 days), we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item(s) (minus shipping fee).
No exchanges after 30 days.
Products delivered from EUROPE:
You are very welcome to return your product but please note that not only will you lose the original shipping fee, returns must be paid by customer plus there is a 20% restocking fee.
For this reason, please be sure about your purchase.
Same as above applies.
If your item is damaged during shipment, please let us know immediately and we will replace the item and inform the shipping carrier.
For defective items - we will send you the manufacturer's information for a replacement/repair.
